NSW: Major road partially closed after cyclist struck by vehicle

SYDNEY, Aug 22 AAP - A female cyclist has been struck by a vehicle on Sydney's southern
arterial road which has been closed northbound until further notice.

Police say the woman was struck about 6.30am (AEST) on Saturday in General Holmes Drive
near Sydney Airport.

She was travelling along the northbound route and was hit just north of the airport
tunnel. An ambulance is on the scene.

The northbound direction of General Holmes Drive has been closed off.

The woman's condition has yet to be determined.
